Calibrations

As Karaman Biotechnology Company, our calibrations are as follows.

Heat-Temperature Calibration

A temperature calibration is a reliable, reproducible and documented comparison of one piece of equipment under test (data logger, sensor, thermometer) with another piece of equipment that has been temperature calibrated and referenced to a known set of parameters.

Air-Gas Calibration

Air and gas calibration are processes used to verify the accuracy of instruments and equipment used to measure air and gas parameters, respectively. These calibrations are essential in biotechnology.

Humidity Calibration

By placing salt in a sealed container with a humidity sensor, the humidity inside the container will reach a stable state determined by the salt's known RH value. This allows the sensor to be calibrated to a specific RH level, which can be used to ensure accurate and consistent measurements.

Carbon Dioxide Calibration

Carbon dioxide concentration is calibrated in the laboratory's permanent facility by comparing the instrument's carbon dioxide concentration reading to a generated reference carbon dioxide concentration reading in a calibration adapter.

Micropipette Calibration

Pipettes are necessary equipment to satisfy complex requirements and often used in biology laboratories to measure and transfer the accurate volume of liquid within specifications. It plays a key role in the laboratory where the product development process is long and a great deal of money has been invested.

Device Calibration

Calibration of medical devices is performed to minimize any uncertainty in measurements that may be critical to patient care. It reduces errors by ensuring that measurements provide accurate results.
